As the the name implies, a heat press machine combines heat with pressure and is specially designed to imprint a design or graphic to a substrate. Although often used to adhere designs and graphics to fabrics and t-shirts, heat presses can also be used to imprint onto a wide range of substrates such as mugs, plates, caps, and other promotional or personal items. New digital technology has greatly improved the functionality of the heat press.
A mug press is an electric machine that allows the user to print images onto ceramic coffee mugs. A cylindrical press holds the mug in place while the press applies high, even heat to the surface of the mug, thereby transferring an image to the mug surface. Most presses can accommodate a variety of mug sizes.
Vinyl cutters use self-adhesive vinyl in combination with a blade to cut out vinyl decals and letters. These can create long term (permanent) graphics or short term vinyl decals depending on the type of vinyl film that you load. Load in your vinyl cutter either removable vinyl film for short term lettering and graphics or long-lasting permanent vinyl film to create vinyl decals that can last for years.
Sometimes the term vinyl cutting plotters is used but it refers to the same type of equipment. Many of our models include floor stands, cutting software, cutting blades, cables and even plotting pens.
